Instructions
1. Start by standing or sitting upright in a comfortable position with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms relaxed by your sides.
2. Maintain a straight spine and look forward.
3. Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder until a light stretch is felt along the opposite side of your neck.
4. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, keeping your shoulders relaxed and not allowing them to rise up towards your ears.
5. Slowly return to the starting position, with your head centered.
6. Repeat the same movement to the opposite side, again holding for 15-30 seconds.
7. Perform 2-3 repetitions for each side.
Remember to perform this exercise gently without forcing the neck into uncomfortable positions. Discontinue if you experience any pain or discomfort.
