Instructions

Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your sides.

Place your hands behind your head, interlocking your fingers.

Gently pull your head down towards your chest until you feel a stretch in the back of your neck.

Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds.

Slowly release the stretch and return to the starting position.

Now, place your hands on your forehead, overlapping each other.

Gently push your head back while providing resistance with your hands, stretching the front part of your neck.

Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds.

Release the stretch and relax for a moment.

Repeat the entire sequence 2-3 times.

Remember to perform this stretch gently without any jerky movements or excessive force to avoid straining your neck muscles. If you feel any pain during the stretch, stop immediately.
