Our refund policy
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We consider the circumstances of each request, and submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Request a refund
Email info@justgains.com from the email address associated with your JustGains account.
Include your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. If available, include your receipt or transaction ID so we can review the request faster.
We will review the details and reply by email with our decision or any follow-up questions.
