What counts as a PR
JustGains can surface personal records from the work you log, including stronger sets and rep achievements. Complete your sets accurately so comparisons are meaningful.
A PR badge celebrates a best result in your recorded history. It does not mean every future session must beat it.
Read the trend
Use your logbook to compare similar sessions over time. Look for repeatable increases in load, reps, volume, technique, or comfort.
Normal training moves around. Sleep, exercise order, equipment, and fatigue can all change a single result, so judge trends across several sessions.
