Instructions
1. Begin by lying flat on your stomach with your legs extended straight behind you and your arms extended forward above your head, similar to the "flying" pose of Superman.
2. Gently lift your chest off the ground while keeping your arms and legs straight. This is the starting position.
3. From this position, slowly arc your arms out to the sides while maintaining a slight lift in your chest. This motion should feel like you are opening up your chest and stretching your pectoral muscles.
4. Hold the stretched position for 15-30 seconds or until a gentle stretch is felt across the chest and shoulders.
5. Return your arms to the starting position above your head and lower your chest to the floor, returning to the original Superman pose.
6. Repeat the stretch several times as needed, making sure to breathe deeply and keep the movements controlled and smooth.
Ensure that you perform the stretch within a comfortable range of motion to prevent any strain or injury. If you feel any excessive discomfort or pain, discontinue the exercise.
