Lever Overhead Triceps Extension Instructions
Starting Position:
1. Begin by adjusting the seat height of the machine so that the handles are in line with the top of your head.
2. Sit down on the machine and keep your back firmly against the backrest.
3. Grasp the handles with both hands, palms facing forward, and position them above your head.
4. Ensure your feet are flat on the ground and stable.
Movement:
1. Inhale as you slowly lower the handles behind your head by bending at the elbows. Keep your elbows close to your head throughout the movement.
2. Lower the handles until you feel a stretch in your triceps, but do not go too low to avoid straining your shoulders.
3. Exhale and push the handles back up to the starting position by straightening your arms. Focus on using your triceps to drive the movement.
4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining controlled movements throughout.

- Avoid locking your elbows at the top of the movement to prevent injury.
