1. Start by sitting on the floor with your legs extended in front of you.
2. Bend your right knee and place your right foot on the outside of your left knee.
3. Position your left arm on the outside of your right knee and place your right hand on the floor behind you for support.
4. Keep your back straight and chest lifted throughout the exercise.

Movement

1. While maintaining your seated position, gently twist your torso to the right, using your left arm to help deepen the stretch.
2. As you twist, look over your right shoulder to add a head turn to the stretch.
3. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
4. Slowly return to the starting position.
5. Repeat on the opposite side by bending your left knee and twisting to the left.

Tips
