Twist Knee Up Punch (Plyometrics)

Equipment: No equipment needed.

Positioning:
1. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Keep your arms bent at the elbows and hands in front of your chest, palms together.

Movement:
1. Start by twisting your torso to the right while lifting the right knee up towards your chest.
2. As you lift your knee, punch your right arm forward.
3. Return to the starting position and repeat the motion on the left side, lifting your left knee and punching with your left arm.
4. Continue alternating sides in a rhythmic manner.
5. Engage your core throughout the movement to maintain stability and balance.
6. Perform the exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute, taking breaks as needed.

Tips:
- Focus on controlling the movement to avoid injury.
