Instructions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart with your arms raised in front of you, parallel to the ground.

2. Engage your core and maintain a straight back.

3. Twist your torso to the right, pivoting on your left foot as needed. Extend your right arm out to the side, following the twist with your head to look at your extended hand while your left arm wraps around your waist.

4. Rotate back to the starting position, bringing both arms back to the front.

5. Twist your torso to the left, pivoting on your right foot. Extend your left arm out to the side, following the twist with your head while your right arm wraps around your waist.

6. Return to the starting position to complete one repetition.

7. Perform the exercise for the desired number of repetitions or for a set time period, ensuring controlled and smooth movements throughout.
