Instructions

1. Set up your position: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Place your hands lightly behind your head with elbows flared out to the sides.

3. Maintain posture: Keep your abs tight and back straight throughout the exercise.

4. Perform the movement: Lift your right leg up toward the side while simultaneously twisting your torso to bring your right knee toward your left elbow.

5. Return to the starting position and repeat with your left leg and right elbow.

6. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.

7. Control and focus: Ensure that the movement is controlled and focus on engaging your core and oblique muscles as you twist and lift your legs.

8. Make sure to breathe normally during the exercise and avoid pulling on your neck.
