Instructions

1. Secure a suspension trainer to an overhead anchor and adjust the straps so that the handles are at about waist height.

2. Stand facing away from the anchor point and grasp a handle in each hand with your arms extended forward.

3. Lean forward, extending your arms in front of you, and walk your feet backward until your body is in a straight line, inclined at an angle to the ground. Your weight should be supported through your hands on the suspension trainer, with your toes touching the ground.

4. Engage your core and lift your right arm and left leg simultaneously until they are both extended and elevated. Your body will rotate slightly to your left side. Your left arm and right leg should remain straight and provide support.

5. Hold the lifted position for a moment, ensuring your body forms a straight line from your extended right hand to your elevated left foot.

6. Return your right hand and left foot to the starting position with control.

7. Repeat the movement, this time lifting your left arm and right leg simultaneously, rotating slightly to the right side.

8. Continue to alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a strong core and proper form throughout the exercise.

Ensure to perform this exercise with control and caution, as it requires a significant amount of core strength, stability, and coordination. If you are new to this type of movement or if you have any existing health concerns, consult with a fitness professional before attempting.
