Instructions
1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.
2. To begin stretching the right side of your neck, raise your right hand over your head.
3. Place your right hand on the left side of your head, just above your ear.
4. Gently pull your head to the right, bringing your right ear closer to your right shoulder. Ensure to keep your left shoulder relaxed and lowered to avoid raising it towards your ear.
5. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling a gentle stretch along the left side of your neck.
6. Release the stretch slowly, bringing your head back to its neutral position.
7. Repeat the stretch on the other side, using your left hand to gently pull your head to the left side.
Ensure to execute the stretch without any jerky or sudden movements to prevent strain or injury. The stretch should be felt only to the point of mild tension, not pain. Always practice symmetry by repeating the stretch on both sides of the neck for balanced flexibility.
