Standing Hands Up Knee Tap (Plyometrics)

Positioning:
1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Raise both arms straight up above your head, keeping your elbows slightly bent.
3. Engage your core and maintain a neutral spine.

Movement:
1. Shift your weight onto your right foot.
2. Lift your left knee up towards your chest while simultaneously lowering your right arm to tap the knee with your hand.
3. Ensure your left knee is at a 90-degree angle, and your foot is flexed.
4. Return to the starting position by lowering your left leg and raising your right arm back overhead.
5. Repeat on the opposite side, shifting your weight to your left foot and tapping your right knee with your left hand.
6. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
