Standing Folded Arm Lift and Side Nudge

Starting Position:
1. Stand up tall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Fold your arms across your chest, resting your hands on your opposite shoulders.

Movement Instructions:
1. Lift: Slowly lift your elbows upwards as high as you can while keeping your arms folded. Hold this position for a moment.
2. Nudge: Gently nudge your torso to the right side, feeling the stretch in your side. Hold for a second.
3. Return to the center and then nudge to the left side in the same manner. Hold for a second.
4. Repeat: Continue lifting your elbows and gently nudging side to side for about 5-10 repetitions.

Tips:
- Keep your back straight and avoid leaning forward or backward.
- Move slowly to maintain balance and control.
- Breathe steadily throughout the exercise.

Ending Position:
After completing your repetitions, lower your elbows back to a resting position and uncross your arms. Stand tall and take a deep breath.
