Instructions

1. Equipment: No equipment is needed for this exercise.

2. Positioning:
- Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Position yourself about an arm's length away from a wall on your left side.
- Keep your core engaged and relax your shoulders.

3. Movement:
- Raise your arms to shoulder level and twist your torso to the left, reaching your left hand towards the wall as you engage your core muscles.
- Make sure to keep your hips facing forward while twisting your upper body.
- Touch the wall lightly with your left hand.
- Return to the starting position by twisting back to the center.
- Repeat the twist to the right side, reaching your right hand towards the wall.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions or time.

4. Tips:
- Keep your movements controlled to avoid straining your back.
- Focus on coordinating your breath with the movements; exhale as you twist and inhale as you return to center.
- If you feel any strain in your back, reduce the range of motion.
