Instructions
1. Begin by sitting on the floor with a straight spine, legs crossed or in a comfortable seated position.
2. Place your left hand flat on the ground beside you, keeping your arm slightly bent.
3. Extend your right arm overhead, reaching towards the left side, while you gently bend your torso in the same direction, feeling the stretch along the right side of your body.
4. Return to the starting position with your spine straight and your arms at your sides.
5. Repeat the same movement with your right hand on the ground and your left arm reaching overhead towards the right side, stretching the left side of your torso.
6. Alternate sides fluidly for several repetitions, moving at a comfortable pace while breathing deeply and smoothly.
7. Focus on reaching farther with each repetition without straining, keeping the movements controlled and dynamic.
