Instructions
1. Begin by lying on one side with your legs extended and your body in a straight line. Rest your head on your lower arm or use your hand to support your head.
2. Place your top hand on the floor in front of you for stability.
3. Engage your core and lift your legs slightly off the ground.
4. Keeping both legs straight, lift your top leg as high as you can without compromising form. Your bottom leg remains slightly elevated above the ground.
5. Lower the top leg back down to meet the bottom leg without letting them touch the ground.
6. Repeat this motion for the desired number of repetitions.
7. After completing the set, switch sides and repeat the exercise with the other leg as the top leg.
Ensure that you perform this exercise in a controlled manner, focusing on engaging your core and hip muscles throughout the movement. It's also important to breathe steadily and avoid rocking back and forth to maintain good form.
