Instructions

1. Start by standing up straight with your feet together and arms down at your sides.

2. Quickly step to the side with one foot, while simultaneously raising your arms out to the sides and above your head, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.

3. As you bring your arms overhead, execute a punch with one arm, extending it fully. Make sure to rotate your torso slightly to engage your core muscles.

4. Bring the punching arm back to the center as you step your feet back together and lower your arms back down to your sides.

5. Repeat the movement, this time stepping to the other side and punching with the opposite arm.

6. Continue alternating sides for the desired amount of time or repetitions, maintaining a rhythm and keeping your movements brisk to maintain the cardio aspect.

Make sure to maintain proper form by keeping your core engaged and your back straight, avoiding locking of the knees or elbows. Adjust the intensity by increasing the speed of the side steps and punches or by incorporating a lower or higher step.
