Instructions

Starting Position:
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Keep your arms at your sides with a relaxed posture.

Movement:
1. Step to the right with your right foot, moving your left foot to follow, while simultaneously raising both arms overhead.
2. Bring your arms down as you step back to the starting position, lowering your arms back to your sides.
3. Repeat the movement by stepping to the left with your left foot, bringing your right foot to follow and raising both arms overhead again.
4. Return to the starting position with arms lowered as you step back to the center.

Form Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the movement for stability.
- Ensure that your knees are soft and not locked during the step.
- Maintain a steady rhythm and use your arms to help propel your movement.
- Aim for smooth, controlled motions to prevent injury.

Repetitions:
