Instructions
1. Exercise Name: Lying Frog Crunch
2. Equipment Needed: None
3. Starting Position:
- Lie down on your back on a flat, comfortable surface.
- Keep your legs together, knees bent, and feet flat on the ground.
- Position your arms at your sides or place them gently behind your head for support.
4. Movement:
- As you engage your core, lift your feet off the ground, keeping your knees bent.
- Bring your knees toward your chest while simultaneously lifting your upper body by engaging your abdominal muscles. Your upper body should curl upward, moving your chest towards your knees.
- Make sure to keep your feet together throughout the movement.
5. Return to Starting Position:
- Slowly lower your upper body back down while extending your legs back to the starting position.
- Keep your movements controlled and avoid sudden jerks to prevent injury.
6. Repetitions:
- Aim for 10-15 repetitions, resting as needed between sets.
7. Tips:
