Instructions
1. Adjust the seat height on the lever triceps extension machine so that when you sit down, the handles are level with the bottom of your chest.
2. Sit on the machine with your back flat against the pad.
3. Grasp the handles with an overhand grip (palms facing down) and keep your elbows tucked into your sides.
4. Push the handles down in a smooth motion until your arms are fully extended.
5. Pause at the bottom of the movement for a moment to ensure full contraction of the triceps.
6. Slowly return the handles to the starting position, making sure to control the weight throughout the entire movement and not letting the weights rest or slam.
7. Keep your wrists straight and avoid locking your elbows at the end of the extension to maintain tension on the triceps.
8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Remember to breathe consistently throughout the exercise, exhaling on the extension phase and inhaling on the return phase. Adjust the weight to ensure you can perform the exercise with good form and without straining.
