Instructions
1. Start by approaching the outdoor air walker and stand between the two levers designed for your feet.
2. Hold onto the handles at the top of the levers for stability.
3. Place one foot on the designated foot pedal, then do the same for the other foot.
4. Begin the walking motion by alternately pushing each lever back and forth in a smooth gliding motion.
5. Continue to push the levers with each foot, simulating a walking movement that lets your legs swing back and forth without lifting your feet from the pedals.
6. Maintain an upright posture with a slight bend in your knees, and engage your core to aid with balance.
