Instructions

1. Lie on a flat bench with your feet flat on the floor, knees bent, and your back and head fully supported by the bench.

2. With both hands, grasp the kettlebell by the handle and hold it above your chest with your arms fully extended. Your palms should be facing away from you.

3. Keeping your arms straight (but not locked), slowly lower the kettlebell back and over your head. Go as far as comfortably possible without letting the kettlebell touch the floor. Inhale as you perform this downward phase.

4. Engage your lats and chest to pull the kettlebell back to the starting position above your chest while exhaling.

5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.

Ensure that the motion is controlled throughout the exercise and focus on feeling a stretch in your lats and chest as you lower the kettlebell. Adjust the weight of the kettlebell to match your strength level. Always keep your core engaged to support your lower back during the exercise.
